Mothers Day

Zambia women who are on their period are now allowed to call their employers for 'Mothers Day' and take time off work according to a new law.It was so called because it was a taboo to talk about women's menstrual cycle in the Southern African country.
Allowing women to take time off during their menstrual cycle is rare among African countries so Zambia is leading the way with the law. Similar legislation have been enacted in parts of Asia such as Japan, Indonesian,South Korea and Taiwan. Would this be possible in Nigeria?
