Big Brother Naija lockdown housemate Kiddwaya on Tuesday intimated Ozo in a conversation that the winner of season 5 has been predetermined. Kiddwaya said this while having a conversation with Ozo about the final. Ozo had expressed concern about his nomination for eviction this Sunday and hoped that he would make it to the final week. Kiddwaya while advising him, said he believes in fate and is not worried because he knows that the winner of this year has been predetermined. “For me being in the final week is better than spending 9 weeks here. “I believe in fate and I know that whoever is going to win is already pre-determined,” he said.

Erica Ngozi Nlewedim, a housemate (contestant) in the Big Brother Naija Season 5, was disqualified from the reality show after breaking some of the house rules. Biggie, said to Erica on her disqualification: “Your action demonstrated disrespect for Biggie house rules despite the responsibility as Head of House to lead by example."  Some minutes after her disqualification, Erica’s fans, known as Elites, started a fundraising campaign for her on a popular platform, Go FundMe, and in lesser than 3 hours after the launch of the campaign, more than $9,000 has been raised as at the time of writing this Report. The organisers were targeting $100,000 to support the disqualified reality show contestant, Erica’s dream. A description underneath the campaign page reads: “For Erica Nlewedim, the star of BBNaija season 5, Lockdown edition whose journey on the show came to an emotional end , to realize some of her hopes and aspirations.”

A man mistakenly blew up part of his house in France while trying to kill a fly. The man, who is in his 80s, was about to settle for his dinner when he became irritated by a fly buzzing around him. He picked up an electric racket designed to kill bugs and started swinging at it, but a gas canister was leaking in his Dordogne home. A reaction between the racket and the gas caused an explosion, destroying the kitchen and partly damaging the roof of the home in Parcoul-Chenaud village. According to local media, the unnamed man had a lucky escape, sustaining just a burn to the hand. the fate of the fly is not yet known. He has since checked into a local campsite while his family repair the house.

Even the Spiritual leader of the Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Rev. Father Ejike Mbaka, has been seen in a viral video talking about Big Brother Naija.
