Gareth Bale has opened up about the conversation he had with Romelu Lukaku moments after Manchester United's pre-season friendly with Real Madrid. The Red Devils beat Los Blancos 2-1 on penalties after a 1-1 stalemate at the Levi's Stadium in Santa Clara, with goals coming from Jesse Lingard and Casemiro. The game concluded with a poor penalty shoot-out in which just three of the ten spot-kicks taken by both sides were scored as United prevailed 2-1.
